Ask Mercedes (USA) app for iPhone and iPad

Ask Mercedes is an augmented reality app that allows Mercedes-Benz owners with 2018 E-class vehicles (all body styles, non-AMG) to explore the features of their vehicle in an engaging and intuitive way.

Customers can access vehicle information through a features list or augmented reality (AR) component that allows users to scan features within the interior dashboard of their vehicle. This triggers access to the digital owner’s manual and instructional videos (if available) based on the area scanned.

NOTE: The Ask Mercedes app is currently in a pilot phase and exclusively supports only 2018 E-class vehicle features. We currently are not supporting iPhone 5 or lower and any iPad
